KEY CAPABILITIES

Everything a practice runs on — with intelligence in each screen.

CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT

Turn patient history into useful clinical context.

Problem list, medications, recent labs and allergies are read together — surfacing diagnosis and therapy suggestions with confidence scores, interaction warnings and allergy exclusions applied automatically.

—Diagnosis and medication suggestions with model confidence shown
—Drug–drug interaction checks against the active med list
—Documented allergies excluded from every suggestion

HEALTH INSIGHTS

Make clinical data easier to understand and act on.

Trends across labs, vitals and adherence signals roll into a composite health score, with risk alerts and care gaps that turn straight into orders, messages and follow-ups.

—Risk alerts and care gaps detected against clinical targets
—Plain-language explanations patients actually understand
—Ask questions of the chart: "What changed since the last visit?"
ADMINISTRATIVE AUTOMATION

One signed encounter, six downstream tasks — already drafted.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What the AI does, and what it does not decide.

Ambient documentation and decision support raise reasonable questions about accuracy and clinical responsibility. These are the direct answers.

Does the AI make clinical decisions?

No. Every AI output — the draft note, the coding suggestion, the decision-support prompt — is advisory and is reviewed by the clinician before it is signed or submitted. Clinical judgment, the accuracy of the record and the correctness of any submitted code remain with the treating clinician.

How is the ambient scribe different from a standalone scribe product?

A standalone scribe returns a note that then has to be moved into the record. Here the scribe runs inside clinical documentation, so the signed encounter also drives the downstream work — orders, prescriptions, coding and follow-ups — without the same facts being entered a second time.

What counts as a note for the AI Scribe allowance?

One completed encounter note. The Professional plan includes 250 notes per provider per month, and additional notes are $0.90 each. On Essentials the AI Scribe is a $129 per provider per month add-on with the same 250-note allowance.

Does automated coding submit claims on its own?

No. Coding suggestions surface at charge capture for review. The clinician or biller confirms the code, and responsibility for what is submitted stays with the practice.

Is patient data used to train models?

PHI is processed to deliver the service under the terms of the BAA, not for advertising, and it is not sold. Model-training use outside what the applicable BAA permits does not occur.
