Twelve steps on one continuous record. Each one shows who does the work, what the AI contributes, and what it hands to the step after it.
One patient, one continuous flow. Every step inherits what the last one produced — and every step has AI doing part of the work.

The workflow above in question form — the specific handoffs practices ask about when comparing against a stack of separate systems.
With patient self-registration. Demographics, insurance and ID capture happen before the visit, with duplicate-record prevention and AI field prefill reducing what the front desk retypes. Eligibility verification runs against the payer before the patient is roomed.
Triage applies acuity flagging, then the encounter opens on the same record. The ambient scribe drafts the note while the clinician works, and orders for labs, imaging and medications are placed through CPOE from inside that note rather than in a separate ordering screen.
Charge capture reads the signed encounter and suggests codes. Eligibility has already been checked at registration, so the claim and superbill are generated per encounter from data the clinician has already confirmed — not re-keyed by a biller from a PDF.
Back in the same patient chart. The laboratory and radiology modules track order to result, flag abnormal values through result triage, and post reports directly into the record, so nothing waits in a separate inbox to be filed.
The portal reflects the same record — results, upcoming visits and messages to the care team, with results presented in plain language. Appointment, follow-up and result-ready notifications go out by SMS and email.
A 30-minute walkthrough on a live chart — ambient scribe, decision support, coding and the patient portal, end to end.
